Delete your account

Syll by Datapoynt Systems

You can delete your Syll account and its data yourself, from the app or the website:

1. Log in and open Settings (on a phone it's under More).
2. Scroll to Delete your account.
3. Enter your password and confirm.

What gets deleted right away: your account, every home you own alone with all of its items, photos, documents and history, your questions to Ask Syll, your saved past homes, and the phones registered for notifications. Paid plans are cancelled.

What's kept: homes you share with someone else stay with them; if you were the owner, the next person on the home becomes the owner. Backup copies are erased within 30 days. Payment records are kept as tax rules require.

Can't log in? Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and we'll delete it within 7 days.
