I'm not getting reminders on my phone
Open the Syll app, then check your phone's settings: Notifications, Syll, Allow. In Syll, go to Settings and make sure phone notifications are on, then tap "Send a test".
A sticker photo didn't read right
Get close, fill the screen with the sticker, and use good light without glare. You can always fix any field by hand.
I'm selling my home
Open "Sell or hand off". Mark what's private, then send the home to the buyer at closing. You keep a full copy.
My agent gave me Syll
It's yours. Your agent can't see your home record after you open it.
Cancelling a plan
Go to Settings, then Manage billing. If you subscribed through our website, that's where you cancel.
